1-3 mpg in savings May 15, 2009
Noticed a big difference in gas mileage. Trip computer shows a savings between 1 and 3 miles per gallon in mixed driving.

I've installed K&N air filters on every vehicle I've owned since I learned of K&N products approx. 15 years ago. My 1995 Honda Civic DX, 2007 Honda Accord SE, 2005 Chevy Suburban 1500 and now my 2008 Honda Odyssey all have K&N air filters because they really do work. The difference is really evident with my Suburban especially when I'm pulling our 7k lb camper, but the performance can be felt even with the 1995 Honda Civic DX. With fuel prices the way they are I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't want to upgrade to a K&N air filter. It will pay for itself in no time.

I was easily able to install one in my Honda Odyssey. if the claims of this filter actually hold up, it will be a great deal.

Money Saver -- NO BRAINER !!!!! May 14, 2007
This is my second K&N replacement air filter. If you've researched this product and read details from the mfgr.
Can't go wrong!!! Bettter air flow and never replace again. Who's driving a million miles???
This is not any real performance enhancer to say the least. But if you understand how you car runs and can do some very simple arithmetic, Its a worthy value by any standard.
Of course if you want performance enhanement well...that'll cost ya! Good luck with that.
That's my opinion. I'm enthusiastic about good products when I find em... So there ya are.

When I get a new vehicle, I get a new K&N to go with it. I've used these filters for many years and I've always been impressed with how well the engine runs when it can breathe. I typically notice a 2-3mpg increase in economy, smoother idle, and smoother acceleration. Recently I upgraded my diesel to the filter injector performance kit...wow! These make great gifts for birthdays, Father's Day, etc. too. K&N filters are a good investment.
