This is a well-built cloth filter. I don't know if it added any horsepower as it claims it can, but it fits well in my '04 F150 5.4L I definitely find it easier to clean and re-oil than having to buy new disposable paper filters.

I've heard a lot of good things about K&N products through the years. I recently bought a new truck and wanted to start off the right way and that was to buy a K&N Air Filter. I haven't had it long, but you can see and feel better pickup and gas milage the day you put it in your vehicle! I'll have to do an update in about 40,000 mile and tell you the rest of the story! I'm satisfied K&N 33-2287 Replacement Air Filter. I already knew of K & N filter good reputation and million mile warranty. Price was great especially with the free shipping. Delivery could have been a little faster, but I can't complain since it was free. I would and have recommended other people to get their filters here.
