 Noticeably brighter. Jan 09, 2010
These are noticeably brighter than my stock lights. I see a big improvement driving at night.

Now i would like to start by saying these bulbs are bright and look great, they are easily what i expected.
The problem is that so far i have gone through two pairs of these, both had the same problem: one (not the same) low beam burnt out within maybe a week of install.(this time i got pulled over for it)
The amazon return support was easy to get through and shipping was prompt. Perhaps its just my car, i can't say for sure right now.
I would recommend these bulbs to anyone looking for what is advertised...but maybe get a second pair.

I fitted these bulbs in the fog lights in my wife's car, and the H4 version in the headlights. All of our cars now have PIAA Xtreme bulds in the headlights and the fog lights. They are not cheap, but they provide better illumination, and seem to last longer than cheaper alternatives. See and be seen.
Brighter than GE Night hawk. One gone by 4th year. Mar 27, 2007
I first bought these bulbs in late 2005 for my car. It was a replacement for GE night hawk. PIAA was noticably brighter than GE. However, it doesn't look like HID or noway close to HID brightness. Wattage discription given in Amazon is wrong; look up the figure with the box for right specs. One bulb was gone right after 4th year of service. I would certainly recommend this bulb, though.
